in 2023, Crane Group has acquired Bald Brewer, a company founded in 2014.
Bald Brewer produces Water Kefir, a unique, refreshing & healthy drink, a miracle by mother nature.
Bald Brewer’s Water Kefir is available in the Netherlands at specialized Bio-Stores. Expansion to other countries is expected soon.

Water kefir is very high in lactic acid and Kefiran, a unique water-soluble polysaccharide polymer. A major advantage of water kefir is its high content of essential amino acids.
Immune System
The cultures in water kefir stimulate their action and inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. In addition, the beneficial bacteria improve the absorption of nutrients from our food.
Quantity
The 3 tastes of our new ToGo-line are the ideal replacement for soft drinks or water. It hydrates like water, refreshes like a soft drink and it revitalizes with kefir. No Sugar, No alcohol, fully Organic and only 7-10 kcal per can.
