Crane Consult concentrates on consulting activities for small to mid-size companies. Her focus includes strategy development, marketing, concepts and distribution.

Of her customers, Vialle Alternative Fuel Systems BV in Eindhoven, is the best example of the broadness of Crane Consults’ strength.

In 2001 Crane Consult started an interim management project for Vialle BV, the legal predecessor of Vialle Alternative Fuel Systems BV. This project resulted in the support at a recapitalization project.

From 2002 Crane Consult manages the directors’ functions of Vialle Alternative Fuel Systems BV, which, in 2002, proceeded the activities of Vialle BV (leading in the field of alternative fuel systems automotive applications).

Vialle, then was restructured, and started through with 47 employees. Afterwards Vialle focused of implementing a thorough quality assurance system, which was OEM-recognized. The product program was modularized and adapted to the market demands of the growing international markets. A joint-venture with BK-gas (Shell) developed into a revolutionary marketing concept, called "gasFX" that initially was introduced in the Netherlands. The core of this concepts is formed by a franchise formula, that includes a quality guarantee of the total distribution chain and which is developed for expansion in the European retrofit market. Following this, Vialle grew rapidly by a thorough expansion of co operations with car manufacturers.

The turnover of Vialle shows an annual growth of about 10 Million euro during the last years. The profit develops spectacular and grows the positive cash position, despite dividends and investments in products, manufacturing and markets.
